I am pleased to recommend my friend and brother, Paul Kakis, for a position with the City Council of Canyon Lake.
I have known Paul for many years and deem him to be not only an extremely intelligent individual but also a commonsense person who cares about his community and the people around him. He will bring professionalism and guidance to our City Government and his expertise in planning and managing will benefit all of us. Paul and I have worked together on many charitable projects over the years that have benefited so many unfortunate people. Time and time again, his planning ability and cost-effective approach to these projects always resulted in a positive cash flow with a low expense ratio. His talent will provide an additional expertise to our budgeting process for safety and improvements while also providing us with a renewed energy in planning worthwhile and cost effective projects for our beautiful City.
